homemade Escargot

Made my first batch of escargot tonight using Roland brand canned snails and they were sooo buttery and delicious, as good as any restaurant escargot I’ve ever had.  I would rather have paired them with a nice warm baguette but I only had bagels in the house and this was a spur-of-the-moment thing.
